Random: Anniversary of the end.

 On November 2, it will be 6 months exactly since John announced to us that he would no longer be with TL...
A day we would all never forget, for again, our beloved audio player would be cast into the void of uncertainty. I thought it would be nice to insight some conversation about the good (usually rediculous) times we've had, hanging around the forum and such, and watching Sx evolve.
Also, as a side note, I also wanted to publically (again) thank John for doing the impossible, taking over the work of a team, and doing it pretty much solo. For learning the things he needed....to keep building on what we've waited so long for. I know he still visits these places, and I think we should remind him that we are still around, and still appreciate his work, a Thank you to Juan as well, for what he was able to get done.
Discuss guys, we've nothing better to do.

| damn 6 months? shit, it feels like yesterday. Making our own player would be nice, but I don't think we have the time/resources to make it super good.
| I saw a new press release that the merger with Daum is complete and official. Not a word of mention about sonique though. I doubt they have a clue what it is, and probably nobody there really knows any technical aspects of it. Maybe Juan would enlighten them but if I remember correctly Juan is a Terra employee and thus not part of the merger.

There shouldn't be anything to "blow over". If he has an Non-Disclosure agreement with TL/L/D that shouldn't stop him from at least chatting with us. Hell, if he is supposed to stay away from the official forums, we have SX.
