Ease of use:
Trav implements one of the easiest forms of navigation to power this skin...the thinger. Over the last few months, Trav has perfected his thinger code, and one would be hard pressed to find differences between his and winamps. As for the playing function buttons, they are clearly layed out, and easily accessible. The only thing I found "hidden" was the "retract wings" button, located on the very bottom of the LCD screen. Another "ease of use" feature to mention is Trav's new Settings layout, located on the left wing. This is the first time I've seen this, and it's a very unique and easy way of activating and deactivating features. It took a second to figure out, but once I got it, the layout felt very natural.

Features:
As with every skin, Trav packs this one full of features. From optimized visuals to easily accessible window position settings, this one has everything that we've come to expect from him. He even incorporated Jacoby's autoEQ code into the skin, giving S2 the ability to adjust the equalzier based on the genre your listening to. Not to mention the opacity changer, giving this skin the ability to take advantage of XP/2000 only features.

Look & Graphics:
This is one of the few skins where everything has been skinned. Everything. The right click menu, the settings window, and even the skin browser. To me, the internal LCD looks a little too crowded, but I got used to that pretty fast. The only other complaint is that the "toggle vis" and "toggle track info" buttons are pretty small, and may be difficult to find for first time users.

Code & Stability:
As with every skin he makes, this one is solid. With every skin he releases, pop-up windows open up faster, and the skins just become more responsive.

Edge & Whiz-bang factors:
A few whiz bang features found it's way into this one. The retractable wings are a nice touch. Also, if you right click on the internal vis window, the vis spreads throughout the whole internal window. The opening transition is worth a mention too.

Overall & Summary:
Travelian hasn't released a new skin in awhile. And finally we know why. Digideck is the most complete, efficient skin he has ever created. From fast loading windows, to the good 'ol sonique swoob, this skin has everything. Even winamp users will love this one, as Trav's well developed thinger makes navigation familiar and intuitive.
