Taking the first step to learning something new is always hard. And that's
why SoniqueX was created. Using the resources that have been made available
through Sonique and its community base, we have gathered various tutorials and
tools to help you get on your way to becoming a skinning legend.
Have you created an MML or graphics tutorial? Do you want it
linked to or hosted on SX? Let us know!! Contact us at staff@soniquex.com. Be
sure to include the HTML file and graphics with a description of the tuturial,
or just the link if you already have hosting for it. We will review it to make
sure that the content is appropriate, and have it posted within 24 hours.
Our Tutorials:
Creating a Drawer in Sonique 2 - This shows how to create and animate a drawer window for sonique 2.
Using Opacities to change between multiple color layers - This Tutorial explains and demonstrates how to switch between multiple colored layers using the SetOpacity Script. This could be used to allow multiple color schemes for a skin or remote.

Eyeball Design - Have the coding thing down, but lack in the graphics department? Well, look no further. Eyeball design in a great place to expand your photoshop skills. Bits' Mscript Tutorial - The beginners guide to mscript (by: Bits)
Official Mantis Documentation - Currently version .01, this is basically a rough version of what will soon be complete MML documentation. (by: Team Sonique)
Revil's Remote Tutorial - This is basically a bible for anyone starting to learn MML. The main topic this tutorial deals with is MML, so you should know how to handle Adobe Photoshop. (by: Revil)
Mantis Documentation in help file format - This is an offline version of the Official Mantis Documentation. Credit goes to langoustator for bringing this to us. (by: langoustator)
Note: We highly recommend you start with Travelian's skinning
tutorial. This tutorial provides a great base from which you can expand your
MML skills. Even if you are a coding cripple, taking this tutorial will give
you an understanding of how mantis works, and will allow you to create a basic
remote.
